If your resume isn't generating, check the following: 1) Make sure your profile has at least one work experience entry, 2) Ensure you've pasted a job description in the job description field, 3) Check your internet connection, 4) Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

Once your resume is ready, click the "Export" button in the top right of the resume editor. You can choose from PDF (recommended for applications), DOCX (for editing in Word), or TXT format. All formats are optimized for ATS systems. You can also update your LinkedIn profile directly from Rezuma.

Absolutely! Every section of your resume is fully editable. Click on any section to edit the text, adjust formatting, add or remove content, and customize it to match your personal style. Your changes are saved automatically, and you can always revert to the AI-generated version if needed.

Your resumes remain saved in your account even after your access period expires. You can view and download any resumes you created during your access period. However, to create new resumes or edit existing ones, you'll need to purchase another access period. You can upgrade at any time.

The ATS checker is available for free to all users. Simply upload your resume and it will analyze compatibility with major ATS systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and Taleo. You'll receive a compatibility score, keyword analysis, and specific recommendations to improve your resume's ATS performance.

Yes! With Career Boost or Career Advantage plans, you can create unlimited resume versions. Each version is saved separately, and you can compare them side-by-side. This makes it easy to tailor your resume for different job applications while keeping track of all your versions.
